BODY ART- an emerging new fashion statement

Tattoos are new emerging trend in India and have become a new fashion statement around the world. It is especially more famous among the youth. Today, the tattoo amongst Indian youth is something that’s symbolic to represent who they are. It is about expressing individuality, it is about expressing their true love and so much, it’s a fashion statement with which they want to be tagged as being “cool”.

Though much modernized now, but tattoos have been an eminent part of the Indian society since years. From being used as identification marks to religious purpose, tattoos have evolved as an art form. In the last few years tattoos have become more socially acceptable in India.

Endorsed by many Bollywood celebrities, the tattoo is the most loved art form among youths. Bollywood Stars have been known to wear various kinds and types of tattoo designs on their bodies. Some have names of their spouses or beloved ones, while others prefer some kind of art form but it is symbolic!

Technology has also played a vital role in spreading the art of tattooing with so many varied and personal designs offered to an individual that the choice is overwhelming.

The designs of the tattoos can be very vast, varying from scary ones to those lovely cupid designs which includes more touch of personalization. It is only because of its vast range of designs that more and more people can resort to them according to their preferences.

Nowadays tattoos are a very popular way of expressing yourself through a permanent drawing on the skin. Getting a tattoo can take several hours depending on the size and complexity of the design. But one can get easily tattooed as there are many tattoo artists who can be found at every nook and corner of the city which makes it more accessible.

But there are certain things which you need to keep in mind before getting inked, then you need to keep certain things in your checklist which will help you getting it safely done. Such as-

 

1.     Researching about Tattoo artist/ shop which you aim to visit. Things like if he is qualified to do so.

2.     You to know things which you need to follow before and after getting inked.

3.     You must not have alcohol on the day you are about to get a tattoo done, it is harmful and infectious.

4.     Not taking any sort of a drug on the that day.

5.     Also, avoid prolonged exposure to sun that day.
